better sleep... thanks to Downton Abbey

It now seems normal to go to bed by midnight. As most bad habits, it helps to substitute it with something positive.

So after dinner, and after cleaning up, and emails, and working on our own projects for awhile, my husband and I have been catching up on Downton Abbey. Neither of us had watched it, but we both heard so many good things about it from people we like, that we watched one show and got hooked.

So every night we watch one episode and then go to bed...usually before midnight, so we both are getting more sleep.

There is one odd side effect. We're both talking with an English accent.

    Lol. I just started watching Downtown Abbey a couple weeks ago. My daughter has the first 3 seasons and I watched all of them and then got on the internet to watch some of season 4 Episodes. Now I am caught up and have to wait till Sun night to see the next episode. Hmmm....I miss watching DA daily.
