Yesterday I went for a walk all by myself. I can't remember when I have gone for a walk alone.
My my balance, weakness, fatigue, dizziness would hit all of a sudden. Too often my legs would buckle and I would fall hard. Ouch. But since the Dr. put me on her healing protocol, I have been doing much better.
The weather was beautiful with cool crisp air and blue skies. I took my ever supportive Nordic Poles to help me should I trip or get dizzy. It never happened. I walked all over the neighborhood. There is a rather large hill that I have to go up on the walking loop. I walked up and down that hill 3 times !!! According to my fitbit, that is equivalent to 7 flights of stairs !!!
It felt like my someone kicked me in the bum yesterday and today from the hill climbing.
Today I was only able to do it once around as I am sore and a bit fatigued from yesterday's workout.
In addition, I did an upper body workout with weights and Leslie Sansone's workout.
In the end 15,134 steps. Whew.
