So Today was totally off rhythm. I woke up early, didn't eat when I first got up (I was expecting to eat when I got back from running my errand). By the time I got home, it was too late; I was getting sick. So I choked down some crackers to settle my tummy, and then I packed up breakfast, lunch, an apple for a snack, & 2 hard boiled eggs, and went about my plans. Halfway to where I was going (I was walking) I pulled out the eggs and ate 1. And was promptly sick again. *sighs*
So ok, I get where I was going, I get my soy for the morning, and its fine. So I have the other egg & some water. I have my sandwich for lunch. Then my apple. After I track all this I've had about 611 calories. Not cool. It's now about 2ish; and I have to get my second soy soon. So I splurge on a cheese danish with it. My calories are back up where they belong for pregnant & this time of day; but the danish wasn't exactly good for me. Irregardless, I feel better having more in my tummy.
Just still not sure if I should have done that or gone home and found other stuff. I have a healthy dinner planned (pork chops, sweet potatos, and spinach salad!) , and I will likely have a healthy desert (yogurt and frozen fruit!).
So I guess it wasn't too bad. It's just frustrating me that i pack as much food as I do, and I'm still shy on calories & food. Really didn't want to spend the extra $ tho.
Grr. I can't wait for my body to level out again!
