Depression is trying to grab me !

After doing a workout with Nicole...I really see how out of shape I am and how many years I have let slide by....really hard to focus on positive, positive, positive...but I must, must, must... It is so isolating to be overweight. I will NOT give up though. I've had 2 weeks of only a 1# loss. emoticon emoticon emoticon I just wanted to see what these emoticons looked like! I think the middle one is showing someone throwing the scales out of a window. Yes? Talk about being a yoyo! Yesterday the skies were BLUE.

    A lb a week - be positive and celebrate! Even if you don't lose that week - be proud if you stuck to your nutrition and fitness plan - the weight will come!

We all have our first workout back doing something we used to,or something we have never done before. We feel out of shape, clumsy, and just plain defeated. Keep doing it. I can tell you from experience I felt totally clumsy and inadequate doing the 28 day bootcamp workouts when I first started - but as I kept doing them - I do better and better!
