It's been very cold here in Nova Scotia, Canada this past month. Almost too cold to get out for some exercise....ALMOST. ;)
Poper attire when running or exercising outdoors is very important. Always dress in layers. It keeps you warmer, plus you can take things off if you start getting too warm.
I had an OK month. A few ups and downs but still moving in the right direction, FORWARD.
I have my weight room all re-organized and new running gear, new runners. At least I look the part eh>?
I was kinda just going through the motions this month, no real excitement or drive. I need some motivation, or some ideas to get me out of this rut.
Looking forward to February as my month to get cracking in multiple aspects of my life and things that need to get accomplished. I am looking forward to getting some weeks of running strung together.
Off to a good start that could be better. Stay tuned next month!
