Well, today was my day off uni so I sat and done (well tried to do) some of my essay that is due in next week, usually I would try and exercise to burn off some of the calories which would let me take in 1500 calories but instead I've had a bit less.
I worked out 1500 is the maximum I should have in order to lose weight healthily but yesterday I've had 1200 and today 980 (well approx both). So I'm well under the 1500 calorie max.
Already I'm sitting wanting that big bag of doritos and dip that's sitting in my room but I'm leaving that for Saturday, Saturday is the one day of the week I'm gonna forget about the diet and eat whatever I want. That's a good idea?
6 days diet, 1 day off?
I'll keep pushing with this blog thing, well I have a tumblr, one is a weight loss one but its more for pictures and stuff to motivate me.
Lets see how I go in the next few days.
