Hey you…..yeah, you in the mirror! Like what you see? Well neither do I!
Why not? Well, because over a year ago you were at the lowest weight you’d been years. What happened???
Oh yeah, instead of walking the 2-3 miles AT LEAST 6 days a week, like you were then, you were doing it maybe 6 times a month! Hmmmmmm
And what about the strength exercises? You were doing them a minimum of four times a week, usually more, alternating between upper, lower and core exercises. Now, the first time you did crunches again last week, your abdominal muscles hurt for days. Wonder why?????????
Sure, you still logged your food every day and drank your water and got the proper rest - but you lost sight of the key being the COMBINATION of proper diet AND exercise!
Now, life is all about choices and change. So you better be making the CHOICE to get your backside in gear and do the exercise you need to do, along with still watching the tracker. Concentrate on lowering sodium, increasing freggies and NOT just the number of calories!
You know full well what you need to do, it’s time to make that CHANGE once again, so the next time we talk, at the end of this challenge, you will be telling me you like what you see!
