Back in the Game

Since Jan. 15th, two weeks, I've been working out and tracking. I'm doing the 28 day Bootcamp Workout Challenge and I feel pretty good. I'm really proud of myself for sticking with it for two weeks. I love the strength training videos that are done once a day. I did skip out on working out and a video yesterday, Monday, but I'm making up for it and giving myself an "extra" day 7 tomorrow for week 2. I could not find the energy to do much of anything after work yesterday but I have to start slow. I'm only 12 weeks this Sunday out from having brain surgery.

I emoticon myself on Tuesdays, today I didn't gain but I didn't lose either, normally I would be too frustrated to continue but I'm not giving up this time. I'm going to take the positive and run with it, I didn't gain.

I want to make some short term goals for myself to maybe help motivate me or to help keep me going. Week three is 5 servings a day for fruits and veggies emoticon emoticon emoticon, always a hard one for me but I'm thinking with some planning I can do it. I also want to start getting those 8 glasses of water in daily. emoticon

I'm 5.6 pounds from a 10 pound loss, I want to reward myself, new pair of workout pants when complete. emoticon
