So yesterday was my week 2 day1 in the couch to 5 k. I was a little tougher than I thought but not to bad. I am more worried about week 3 when I have to start running for 3 mins. I mean just adding 30 secs was hard enough I dont know about adding 1 min and 3o secs more onto that time but we will just have to wait and see. I havent lost any weight running yet but I think that is because of my food. I will have to shape that up a bit more. I do great all day until supper or my afternoon snack. I didnt get in enough water yesterday because I had to go to the store to get some and I didnt go until the evening so I think that might be the problem with the running being a little bit more difficult but I got it back under control.

The green smoothies helped me to lose weight and i lost 4 pounds in a week but i slowly weened myself off of them the next week and i gained all the weight back plus a pound more but i got it back to 257 so i have lost a pound but Im not going to worry about my weight as much right now because I have a lot going on like my physio class in school which is pretty hard and i have to study for my entrance test for the lpn program and im trying to do this 5k thing and managing my husband income so i can go and get my BLS class so i can go and start to look for some jobs. I have a lot on my plate and I can kind of feel the stress but thats just because its winter and I am so ready for spring. Winter seems to bring everyone down a little bit and for me it brings me down quite a bit and sometimes its hard to fight it off but I just got to keep going.
