I loved my old one, but the step counts were way off, so I finally got a new one. It arrived this afternoon. I got it set (the same settings as my old one had) and started doing my week 2m day 1 C25K training. Old pedomter said I'd done cardio for 22 minutes and taken 2,300 steps. New one said I'd gone 26 minutes (which is accurate because the training was 25 minutes, but I walked to the training point and then to the computer afterwards) and had taken 3,581 steps. I counted 3,631, but we'll call it close enough.
