I've been trip dreaming again...actually even visualizing!!!
This time of year no matter what the weather brings, whether snow, rain, or frigid temperatures my passion will always take me to the "seas not travelled yet."
Looking at travel magazines...(Islands is my favourite) or picking the brain of my cousin who lives in Bangkok, Thailand or listening to a co-worker discuss his upcoming 6 week cruise to Australia & beyond...the result...this week has flown by...We will do our last laundering & prepak this weekend for our vacation.
When you put your focus into any particular passion, I think your body responds with a calmness that no hectic daily living can interrupt. This is what I found that true relaxation has given me this past week. I've slept abit better even though my TROPICAL knees have rebelled against the brutality of our cold blast at the beginning of the week....no migraine though so far....WOO HOO!!
My WI this am. was 126.2...unchanged from last week. I cannot lie...with relaxation came some sweet treats...oh sugar...my nemesis...I accept my WI results & the responsibility I have for it...No excuses! I've decided to try some different island delicasies when I'm away. I'm curious as to how my body & my weight will adjust to that!
I measured this week ....a 1st in about 6 months...I've lost 5 inches from many body parts...unfortunately, that also includes the bustline...soon I'll just need a bandaid...or even pasties...(LOL)
I read an article this past weekend in our local paper concerning Passionate people & where & how you do or don't have or get it. It was interesting to think of it as a topic...I have always considered myself as an emotional being...now I will change that conclusion & say I'm a passionate person who lives each day in that way. If you share a passionate view of life & all it has to offer, you will understand what I mean.
I wish all you sparkers a passionate week ahead & hope you focus on whatever & where ever your passion takes you.
I want to thank each of my fellow sparkers who take the time & effort to follow & comment on my weekly blogs. Even though my focus blogging continues to be for my benefit, I appreciate the input you give me.
When I return from my vacation, I plan to spend extra time making those special spark connections that we all need to sustain us on our healthy SPARKIN journey together,
Be passionate & share your dreams,
