Day 29....Holy Cow! I feel great!
I have made the short list for groceries and have developed my final plan for my first few days off the fast.
I will start my day with a piece of fruit (if I am not working) and follow up with a juice a little later. Oh and prbably a little coffee!
I will have a juice for lunch.
For dinner I will have some raw plain veggies and fruit.
I will hold off all eating until dinenr if I work. Just in case my tummy does not react well.
Day 2 is dependent on how my tummy feels on day one.
Bring on my last day!
