Pretty happy saying goodbye :)

I am so happy right now. Really enjoying saying goodbye to all of this extra weight. I was talking to a friend last night and realized that I am only 9 pounds away from 50 pounds lost. that feels so AMAZING to say. Never in my life did i ever think I could do this. I am so excited to have more and more weight come off. I can see how weight loss can become an addiction lol. I really cant wait to get my recumbant bike and my elliptical. I should have them within the next few weeks. My basement is going to run out of room by the time I am done lol. I know im not supposed to weigh myself more than one time a week but sometimes i do it everyother day. I am almost down 2 more pounds since weigh in day on friday last week. Very excited to finally be moving again. Thanks everyone for all of your support.

    I'm so happy for you. Getting new equipment is fun also. I did a trade with my Brother-in-law for a few months and got his Nortic Track ski machine. I have to say...I don't find it all that appealing now that Ive used it. But I could be after walking 3-4 miles...continue'ing on using my legs just is plain old old old...I'll wait until I have another day off and try using that first and them walk.

    I measure myself once a month and weigh myself weekly. but i get curious alot throughout the week lol. when i start to get down if i dont lose much or any weight at all then i measure myself more because i see the difference in those numbers. helps me....mostly still get bummed about the scale though

    congrats to you!!! have you tried taping your self instead of the scales. cloth measuring tape is what i use and only do the scales once a week .
