Biggest Loser - finally some nutition

Biggest Loser last night finally addressed nutrition. Dolvett said that weigh-ins are won in the kitchen as much as they are won in the gym. The contestants were sent to the grocery store to shop for healthy foods on a budget. They were given $10/person/day. They concentrated on lean meats and veggies.

Chef Devin Alexander at BL (who lost 70 pounds & kept it off!) said Don't sacrifice flavor for health. She offered recipes like South-of-the-Border Loaded Sweet Potato for 342 calories.

I haven't been working out as much as I would like. If I don't get to the gym today, I'll do my Turbo DVD. Promise!

The scale is looking good! I was 179.6 and it feels so good to be under 180 again!
