Hi everyone i hope y'all are having a great day so far! So today at lunch I ate 12 sea salt flatbread crackers, 5oz of lite tuna, and about 1.5 cup of chicken pasta. And get this it was only 425 calories!!! I am so full. I'm learning that just because i'm on a diet dosent mean i have to starve myself. It means that I make healthy choices in my food.
Yesterday i did day two of p90x and believe it or not I'm not that sore. I mean yeah my tummy is a little tight but I'm not so sore i can't move like i was with day one. But i didn't want to push myself so today i did a work out video on spark and 25 min of just dance on my wii. Speaking of working out I got a new trophy today for going over 500 min of work outs in one month.
I'm so proud of my self. And yayness for my mom she has started eating healthy and working out as well!! Yay mom!! Now if we could only get my dad and my son in on the fun lol. But hey one step at a time.
Ok well now it is time for my 3 things to work on and my 3 happy things.

1: Get a new job
2; work out every day
3: watch my snacking
THINGS I'M HAPPY ABOUT
1: It's my day off lol
2: Planning my son's bday party
3: getting muscles even if they are small right now lol
