oohhhhh... uuhhhh.. let's try again.
Sang this song:
To me last evening, in the rain, while I faced the big hill mid-way through my walk. I marched right up that hill, singing and ‘dancing’ until I reached the top, and kept on going! I don’t often have celebrity crushes, but hoo-boy! That’s just flat out.. yummy.

So yea. This is day one of my Paleo meal plan. I was a bit dubious about whether or not this would be enough food for me, and brought an extra banana, just in case, but I did not need it. I was nicely full without being stuffed after each meal.
The Cinnamon Apple Omelet was surprisingly tasty. I shared the recipe with a few folks and hope they tweak it and enjoy it!
The Egg Salad was supposed to be a Citrus Beef dish, but I didn't make the beef dish in time for lunch, so swapped in the Egg Salad real quick. It was very yummy, and while it was supposed to be wrapped in lettuce leafs, I ate it with zucchini sticks instead.
The Spaghetti was a delicious meaty tomato sauce over spaghetti squash. Mmmmmm!
Kids, I was satisfied, well fed, my mouth and tummy were happy, and it was mostly clean food except for the mayo. I have to learn to make my own mayo! And the chocolate, but I'll address that in another blog soon.
I had a great walk, in the rain, both at lunch at work, and once I got home after. I realized you don't have to just RUN in the rain to feel like a bad*ss, walking does it, too!
I just felt so good, doing the right things for my body and making sure I moved and got my steps and fitness minutes in. BLC is helping push me to do more than I would ordinarily, and that is awesome! So much so, I was determined to do an 80s workout video this morning before work. I just don't do that, people! But I did!
I'm ready for my Weigh In tomorrow morning. It's going to be so much better than last week.
On a different note.. some of you may remember last year when Sherry Arnold left her house in Sidney, Montana on January 7 for her morning run, and never came home. She was killed by random strangers who stopped her and ended her life for no apparent reason. The suspects have been arrested, and each faces one count of deliberate homicide and attempted kidnapping.
February 9, 3013, is the Second Annual Virtual Run/Walk for Sherry. I’ll be running that day, and hope you will get out and run or walk in honor of Sherry and as a reminder to always ALWAYS be safe.
