I have always been aware of my weight. All my Mom's family are heavy people and I love them dearly, but I don't want to be a heavy. I have always watched my weight until about four years ago and then I just gave up and starting eating what I wanted, when I wanted. I put on several pounds that I did not want. I never realized how much it was until I became a member of SparkPeople. Now I'm down about 10 pounds and I am proud of what I have done. Now I need to find a way to get rid of my "thunder thigh" !!! Any suggestions would be appreciated!
