1. 28 days on intentional fitness. Even if that just means taking a walk on an "off" day.
2. Focus more on my nutrition. Been staying within calorie ranges, but haven't really made the healthiest choices along the way. Gonna work on fixing that!
4. Find an Ab routine. Been focusing on cardio and some weight lifting (mostly arms and legs). Need some core strengthening in my routine!
