February's Goals

1. 28 days on intentional fitness. Even if that just means taking a walk on an "off" day.

2. Focus more on my nutrition. Been staying within calorie ranges, but haven't really made the healthiest choices along the way. Gonna work on fixing that!

3. DECLUTTER!

4. Find an Ab routine. Been focusing on cardio and some weight lifting (mostly arms and legs). Need some core strengthening in my routine!

    Nice plan!

    Check out a tumblr blog called Back on Pointe - the girl that runs it is a dancer and she has created a TON of workouts. I have been using some of them and even though I am pretty sure I am taking waaaay longer than she intended.

    I know what you mean about getting better about the nutrition! I too have been working on that same issue. This week I pre-planned every single meal to make sure that I was within the recommended guidelines.

    Decluttering is such a hard task. I'll actually be doing that myself in the next few months as we get ready for leaving Post. I actually have to sort out three seperate pack-outs so decluttering now and then starting to pre-seperate stuff is going to be key in surviving the madness!
