I am trying my best to hang in there this time. I have gone 2 days so far. I have been eating right and exercising daily. I have taken up a few activities that will keep me moving. I have plans for more.
My fiancÚ has been a great help through this. He is my cook now lol. He cooks me all kinds of good stuff that is good for me and in my range. He hasnt started really doing anything for himself yet. I am confident that he will though. In his own time.

I got 2 days down hopefully I will have more and more. I must be doing it right though. My shoulders and my thighs are killing me :)
