Run #163 Getting my groove back

Finally got out for a run today again. It was another good run, which is very pleasing considereing how much of January I had off due to vacation, and I only got one run in last week. Chalk up another 2.5 or so miles. A little slower than usual but I'm still getting back into my groove. A few more runs like this and maybe in February I'll try some speed work. Ya!
