Workout on Monday, Check! Eat healthy on Monday, Check!
Pack clothes for the gym today, Check! Pack healthy foods, Check!
So far the week is off to a good start. I got in a good workout last night, nothing major but enough to satisfy me and leave me feeling pretty good. Following that I had dinner with my workout buddy. We did Subway so we could be reasonably healthy. It was also a great opportunity for us to catch up with each other. It has been a crazy time for both of us, so it was nice to just sit and chat after the gym.
Today, I don't have a workout buddy, but I'm planning on getting a quick run and a little strength training in at the gym after tutoring.
Nothing big to report, just wanted to check in
