Trying to stay focused while not feeling well is a challenge. My head has been aching for days and my stomach is doing somersaults. I did do my walk/run yesterday and I'm super proud of myself for not making this an excuse to not exercise. Today I'm struggling to get up and move. How do you get motivated when you feel ill and worn out tired? Or should you just take it easy and let your body heal?
