Woo: Countdown Challenge #1

So it's been a long time since I've posted because life is getting ahead of me and I'm not as able to dedicate as much time as I would like to Spark People.

I signed up for the Winter 5% Challenge and hope the Challenge Prep Challenges will get me back in the groove :)

My exercising for the next 8 weeks will be my half marathon training. I know I want to take a week break, however, I will also be traveling to the States so exercising won't be as easy as when I'm not on vacation, but I'll definitely want to try :)

As far as my diet goes, I am sticking to my normal diet until Pessach, then I will cut out non-Kosher for passover (Sefardi def) foods. As a vegan cutting out nuts, beans, wheat, soy, etc, is a little too restrictive for a healthy diet; so something's gotta give (and it's the Ashke restrictions).

I hope this time around I can be more active on the boards, especially the mini-team board.

I will add this to the page later, for now I'm sticking to the blog.
I plan to exercise four to six days a week, about 210 minutes a week.

I have my workout clothes, but in the States want to buy:
(1) one or two pairs of runners
(2) one or two pairs of sweat whisking pants/shorts
(3) another sports bra
