Quick, Easy, YUMMY, Healthy Tuna Salad Recipe

Here's a "recipe" I got from a co-worker for tuna salad that is super easy, super fast, super yummy and healthy!

1 can or pouch tuna fish
1 T sweet relish
2 T plain fat free greek yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together and enjoy!

Total Carbs: 7
Total Fat: 1g
Total Protein: 22g


I ate this today for lunch with a serving of reduced fat wheat thins. I love it because I don't miss the mayo AT ALL. I was skeptical at first, but I seriously didn't miss it at all! I've never had relish before and never really cared to try it--I HATE pickles. But the relish added just enough tangy flavor and sweetness.

I'm in love with this!

    This sounds great, I just haven't been able to get myself to try Greek Yogurt yet. I am such a scaredy cat and I don't even know why!!

    Do you know, I've tried greek yoghurt as a replacement in pretty much everything. But I never thought of replacing mayo with it!
