Day 2 - a little different

So yesterday, I worked at double at the bar. I had lunch and dinner already packed and ready to go for when I was hungry.
So I had a personal training in the AM, and for a qucik pick me up; I had a tablespoon of almond butter (sweet and salty, it was great) with a banana.
Afterwards, I wasn't that hungry so I didn't force myself to eat and ate about an hour later. I had the crustless quiche, but added asparagus with chopped bacon and garlic. That side dish was amazing! I saved the other half for lunch. :-)
Lunch included a chicken breast with the asparagus. I ate that around 2:30 feeling satisfied.
Around 4, I had a protein smoothie with coconut milk and whey protein. (I know whey is milk products and that isn't on the paleo diet, but I bought a 6 lb bag at Costco a month ago and I am going to use it gosh darnit!)
Then the rest of the night went weird. It was very slow between 5-7:30 and that was my opportunity to eat dinner' but I wasn't hungry and my stomach was still full. Then the bar ended up getting busy until I closed. I realized I hadn't eaten and it was to the point where it was just late. So when I got home at midnight, I went to bed and then my stomach was feeling hungry and having some pains.
So my totals for yesterday was 994 total calories, 51g of carbs, 45 g of fat and 101 g of protein.
I don't work a double today so it will be a better day for me. :-)
