Doing a lot better!

Been a few days since I blogged. I wanted to just do my thing and not be so worked up about writing things down and tracking all. I did go back and put in my food and exercise. It has been a week since I started my vitamins and been tracking my blood sugar. I think things are starting to settle down. I was a little stressed over the last couple days trying to get 1099s and payroll ready. Got both done and just have to print stubbs. So even with my little bit of stress and all, my blood sugar was 95. That is down from 119. And I just ate! I have not had coffee all week except for a starbucks on Sunday afternoon. Didn't even drink all of it. I had two small 12 oz zeros over the last few days so the caffeine intake has dived a lot. I am almost down to the weight I was when I last blogged my weight. Now the real test comes, does it continue to come off? I have been drinking more water and my hot tea instead of coffee and I think it is helping a lot. I am encouraged. Trying to see if it is going to rain or not and do some walking. Have a blessed day.
