12 Week Plan...BLC21

Actually it is more like 10 weeks...but in 10 weeks I will accomplish the following:
I will be in control of what I eat! Mindless eating still rears its ugly head and bites me big time...those stupid carbs haunt me!
I will find time to exercise even on busy days. It is too easy to not bother with any activity.
I will track every morsel that goes in my mouth! I find that when I slide on tracking food, the calories do mount up and there is no losing on the scale.
I've been doing Spark since 2008...it is time to finish this journey to lose the remaining weight then on to maintenance!
