Week 4 Weigh In

It was exactly 4 weeks ago today I changed my life by improving my eating and drinking habits as well as my fitness and keeping my house clean. My son and I weighed in this morning and......he is down 8 lbs.....I am down 14! In one month HURRAY! I am on cloud nine to see my hard work pay off. I am walking/running 20 minutes a day and rotating cardio/core/strength workouts 5 days a week. I have been following the fly lady's plan and my house has never been so clean and organized although I am still de-cluttering my way through it. I have had a great start to the new year and cant wait to see what else 2013 holds :)
