Day 2 of my restart. I'm on my treadmill. My goal is to log 50 sparkpoints before I stop.
I started my day with two slices of 100% whole wheat toast and 1 oz. of peanut butter (all natural ground from a peanut grinding machine at the health food store), and 6 oz. of carbmaster yogurt.
I did some light yoga stretching and have now been on my treadmill for 40 minutes.
I've already logged tonight's dinner and a snack. Lunch is still up for debate.
My goal for the week is to avoid sugar and to eat two pieces of fruit each day.
So, I'm off to a good start.
