Even with all my complaining about not hitting the goals and not working harder, my scale still showed a loss this week. I think the scale likes to mess with my head. I like losing. I like how I feel after hitting the 2 mile mark on the DVD but I hate how my jeans feel. I want to wear my cute things and currently, they fit just fine if I don't need to breathe.
Burn 325/day - a little over
Cut calories 300/day - just inside range
Walk 30 min/day -30 min. of walking DVD
Cardio 30 min/day --30 min. of walking DVD.
