Even with all my complaining about not hitting the goals and not working harder, my scale still showed a loss this week. I think the scale likes to mess with my head. I like losing. I like how I feel after hitting the 2 mile mark on the DVD but I hate how my jeans feel. I want to wear my cute things and currently, they fit just fine if I don't need to breathe.

    I'm with you on your goals list. I'm trying to get in a minimum of 30 mins of yoga 30-40 mins of walking outdoors (weather permitting) and am slowly cutting my calories down from in the 1500 range into the 1300-1450 range, depending on the day.
    It ain't easy, but I just CAN'T, WON'T, EVER GIVE UP!!!!
