Was really sore yesterday and was all set to skip my 2nd workout. Could barely move off the treadmill by the time I finished it. Went to bed and woke up with a bad cold, but no leg pain. So did another workout. Not only did I do a hard workout, I actually bumped the speed up to 5mph for a minute for a final push at the end of it. 7 hours later, still no pain. My body is getting used to this. Planning on getting a 2nd workout in tonight before my day of rest tomorrow.
Now if I could just shake this cold I would be golden.
