Was really sore yesterday and was all set to skip my 2nd workout. Could barely move off the treadmill by the time I finished it. Went to bed and woke up with a bad cold, but no leg pain. So did another workout. Not only did I do a hard workout, I actually bumped the speed up to 5mph for a minute for a final push at the end of it. 7 hours later, still no pain. My body is getting used to this. Planning on getting a 2nd workout in tonight before my day of rest tomorrow.

Now if I could just shake this cold I would be golden.

    Don't push too hard with a cold - you could make it worse.

    Sorry that your not feeling well, I know a lot of people have been sick, but I think when your feeling better each day of exercising your body will get used to it and it will get easier. Hoping that you feel better soon! emoticon emoticon emoticon
