keeping on, keeping on!

I have been back loggin food and exercise with Sparkpeople for a little over a week. Things have gone relatively well. I did have a couple days when I didn't log all of my food because I wasn't able to figure out how..due to what I ate. But, I still was pretty careful just the same. Exercise has gone well. I have increased my speed and intensity and just the last couple days incorporated Eliptical, which was too challenging for me before. I am really hoping that by the time the weather is nice enough to want to move outside, I will be light enough to jog. We will see. I keep repeating to myself, slow weight loss progress is still progress. It is definitely slow coming off..but I feel better and that is what is most, I will just keep on keeping on!

    And remember - slow weight loss is more likely to stay off! It's good to stay around 1-2 lbs per week. And yes, sometimes it is slower than that - just don't get discouraged, you can do it!!
