I woke up this morning feeling so dizzy I had to hold onto the wall to get down the stairs. I have no idea what is causing this since I don't have any other symptoms. After eating some breakfast I felt a little better. It seems to come and go. It is really frustrating because I have been trying SO hard, and I don't want to break my streaks of exercise and water intake! I managed to take a very short walk outside with Maxwell - it is actually above freezing out there today. So I got my 10 minutes of fitness in, if a toddler-speed stroll counts as fitness! :-/
Maybe when Maxwell goes down for his nap I will try to do some light exercises on the Wii Fit. I would rather just curl up in a ball and catch up on Parenthood on Netflix.
It's just one of those days!!
