Hello all my 30 Day Challenge participants, and hello to those not YET on it!

tomorrow is the last day can you believe it!?

You are all such an inspiration!
Please be ready to weigh and measure on the morning of DAY 31 ( THAT IS THURSDAY) and please give me a report back and a small testimonial to put on the blog, would be wonderful,
Sigh, bad timing for my weigh and measure, (TOM) but I will take it for what it is and weigh and measure after that again too. emoticon

I know that you have been thinking of how you are going to transition into life SANS 30 Day Challenge and If you have not responded yet, please do, I want to post them tomorrow.

    I'm agreeing about the flat stomach. I'm thinking sometimes it might not be the weight I need to lose as much as I just need to lose certain foods! Might also explain why those "last few pounds" fluctuated but wouldn't really go away. Like Pooh Bear I might just have to go to my "thoughtful spot" and Think Think Think.

I also think I'm going to need another accountability challenge - it's been making my life a lot easier in the "stick to it" department. I thank you again for that. CJ

    Hi everyone.
Change of plans, heading south tomorrow instead of Friday.
So, here's the verdict of the challenge...No sugar/white flour.
-6.8 Lbs, -4.25 inch. A much flatter stomach.
I do not think the white stuff are my friends!
It was a pleasure being in the challenge with you all. Thank you for being there as it really helped me stay on track.

    Thanks to the accountability, I am handling the no-hard-cheese situation quite comfortably - today, I didn't even buy Hummus or Mozzarella - had a tiny piece of Feta in tonight's salad. I think I'll continue with the Challenge, exert more control over carb consumption .. it's getting better all the time and when it's on the high side, I counter that with extra fibre to reduce the nett carbs. Needless to say, I am not sticking to the SP ratios, and I intend to push up my proteins too. I have no idea what the scale is going to say, but I feel great!

    Can't believe it's been a month! I'm heading south for a few weeks to visit family and will adjust the food very carefully. Sugar just isn't my friend so I'm planning on keeping that as permanent change. A little, in controlled situations-Ok. Proved that with this challenge, the Get-out-of-jail-dinner.
