I'm really hoping that my working out will help Dh start up again. He was going good for about a week and stopped. He let things get in the way. He was surprised when the kids asked him if he was going to work out after I went to work on Saturday. I guess only seeing each other for about an hour a day I didn't get a chance to tell him I had been working out every day I don't have to babysit or be to work/church at 9am. This summer I don't work so more workouts for me.
I still have not reached my goal of 7000 steps on my fitbit but I'm still trying. I get excited to look at my stats and to see how many floors I climb in a day. I try not to look at my lack of sleep :( Off to start my day but right now any day that starts with working out is one that is moving in the right direction.
