Attainability is frustrating. It's demoralizing to see weight move in the wrong direction even if it is just a random fluctuation.
Smart Goal : Drop 4 lbs. of weight, based on morning weigh in by 2/15/13. (this takes into account that 2 of those are possibly due to random fluctation)
Fitness Smart Goal: Lift 3 days a week for 4 weeks
