I had a great day - had therapy and we did a few exercises that open up a lot of discussions and thoughts... felt great about it and covered some good groundwork. Thereapist is pleased i got into the intuitive eating workshops :) I feel very blessed!

Mom had her stitches out and her back surgery was successful :)

Last but not least I was invited to visit a TOPS Chapter from our former State & International 2011 Queen who is a wonderful lady Dione Houdsen and she asked me to share my journey and story. it is something that i was touched this is only my second speaking engagement and i am still learning on what to share... all i want is to touch one person and hopefully they find the help they will need to succeed on their journey. Things went well!! I feel good overall!!!

Good for you Emmy on meeting your goals!

Good to hear about your Mom too!

A speaking engagement how exciting! You are so right if only ONE person is touched by your story then it's effective! emoticon
