So this is either the third or fourth day since I made my decision to get in shape. The reason I'm not sure is that I'm tired from yesterday's workout. What an exhausting experience it was. My thighs are still weeping.
But the food isn't quite what I had thought it was. Honestly, when I started out on these meals plans I thought I would be hungry throughout the day. But I'm not. I'm still adjusting to the idea of three regular meals at... well, mostly regular times. It's not just a new meal plan, it's actually a new schedule for me. For some crazy reason I've been waking up at 6 am. No real reason for it. No alarm. Just waking up at around 6 am.
Except for the exercise, this is actually going well. But I suppose I overdid the exercise yesterday. I'll do something a little more low-impact today.
