This is more of a note to self because I have GOT to be the world's WORST about drinking water.
I hate it! I hate it! I hate it!
Does anyone else have to force themselves to drink water? So, lately I have been sneaking it in, in the form of Green Tea. Loving it, if I may add!
This is alllll water!! So there! It counts!
Anywho... I found this article and it should be helpful to me to be able to get in most of the recommended water for the day, does anyone else use this rule of thumb?
•2 glasses of water after waking up helps activate internal organs. It's best to sip and not chug these, and if two feels like too much, just drink one.
(p.s. I would rather chug and get it over with, does anyone know why it's best not to chug)?
•1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal (but not any closer to eating time!) helps digestion.
•1 glass of water before taking a bath helps lower blood pressure.
•1 glass of water before going to bed is also beneficial for cardiovascular health.
So... If I can just remember this little list of rules EVERY day, I should be able to tackle my water intake issue...like that!
