Well so far so good. My car seems to be fixed and for way cheaper than I originally thought that it would be. I feel like I’ve been through the ringer with this car.

I drive a 1998 Chevy Lumina. It’s seen better days, but I can’t have it die just yet. I’ve had the car since 2002 when I lived in Florida. It’s been to Florida and back twice. It’s been to Colorado, North Carolina and throughout Ohio and Michigan multiple times.

It’s also been in a couple accidents. One the day before my grandmother passed away three years ago. And on top of everything, someone tried to steal my front fender. Seriously!

I’m currently in a love hate relationship with my car. I hate it. It is old and past its prime. I hate that Rachael and I can’t afford a new one for me until her car is paid off in 2015. So that makes me love my car. If that makes sense. I love that it’s paid off and has been for years. I’ve never had a car payment before so when I do get one, it will be a change for me.
