Monday - Turbo Fire (Week 6, Day 1 5K to 10K)
I got the Turbo Fire workout done after my son went to bed (not that he was really in bed much before coming out on/off for a good 15 minutes. I did Turbo Fire Low HIIT 25 and Stretch 10. A great 35 minute workout.
I haven't tracked my food yet, but I'm pretty sure that I was in my calorie range for the day.
I think that I got enough water in for the day, but I forgot to keep track.
Day 1 of 1 for workouts this week!
