hi sparkfriends, i am back to gather some motivation to get back on track, my goals are to check my sugar and fiber intake and its difficult for me to track exact calories in nutrition log, so other option is picture log and it always works for me
FITNESS: RPM class and core strength training
BREAKFAST: i was running late and grabbed a readymade meal from food court
veggies with some brown rice
and 1/2 cup of instant iced coffee
SNACK (MIDMORNING): soy milk and 2 tbspn peanuts

LUNCH: pic not nice but food was good, bought thai lunch from small restaurant near office, thai
noodles with shrimps
and instant hot chocolate cup
SNACK(EVENING): instant coffee again with a boiled egg
DINNER: whole wheat paneer wraps with a glass of juice
and that's me last saturday
