:Fitness and Food Settings

I'm early today - had a few minutes at work. I realized that when I'm working out, I'm usually walking for an hour (or more) in order to get my 10,000 steps for the day. I felt that in order to have my settings more accurate, I should recalibrate my fitness plan. I did so and now my food ranges are higher - more calories for me! I understand the reasoning behind it, but I think I might continue on my current food plan - the higher end of where I was is the lower end of where I should be now. It's amazing to me the tradeoffs between the exercise and the food.
But now off to work - I'm going to look at a condo this afternoon and since I have to leave early to do it, I need to get some work done!
