Morning Routine: Spark Coach

They say it takes 21 days for a new habit to become ingrained. I've been on SP for over 70 days, so I should be alright. A couple of weeks ago, I added Spark Coach. I did the free trial and then took advantage of the "get 3 months and a couple of DVDs" offer, and I'm happy I did.
My early morning routine now is to go through the Coach steps while I'm having breakfast in the morning.
I'm not a morning person, and I don't make it to the gym before work, no matter how hard I try, but I figure this is a good way to start the day. So far, it's working. It's motivating, informative, and gives me something to think about while I'm having my healthy breakfast. I can only recommend it!

I can't wait to add it on. It's my reward for losing 10lbs.
