Well today was weigh in day and I stayed the same. I'm not dropping any weight...but then again I'm not gaining.
I have to remember not to stress over the numbers on the scale
and to remember that eating healthy and moving is what counts. I have improved in my habits since Christmas....but to be completely honest with myself...I haven't yet deserved to lose weight. I still need to get my snacking in the evenings under control.
So...today the temperature is much warmer (-5c) so it's going to be a perfect day to have an afternoon run!
