Today I had a green smoothie for breakfast--it had cilantro, cucumber, a tomato, some celery, a heaping tablespoon of spirulina powder and about a third of a tablespoon of wheat grass powder. Now this mix sounds gnarly, but if you add some salt and a whole, peeled lemon, it turns out pretty good. You have to chew it though, it turns out chunky instead of liquidy.
My family rolls their eyes at me. I'm just tired of recipes, for today, so threw in some fresh stuff I liked and mixed it with some healthy stuff I don't like. It's not too bad.
I'll try to make something "real" later. Maybe. Those Crunchy Green Nasties took a toll.
