Ok, so I generally don't look forward to weigh-in day, but after 2 weeks of steady decline of 2 lbs per week, I wasn't that hesitant this morning.
So I went in, stepped on that scale this morning and looked in disbelief at the number. I have GAINED 1.6 lbs this week.
Ok, so I ate a little more Saturday than normal and was 36 calories over my upper limit, but every other day I am generally between 1200-1400 - where my upper limit is 1550. I started this program 1/8 and during that time I have been over my calories 3 times and under them 3 times.
I'm not giving up, by any means, but to know that I am working out 4-5 times a week with Zumba, 3-4 times a week with strength training and 3 days a week with core ball exercises frustrated doesn't even come close to describing how I feel this morning!
