Nobody likes that bloated feeling; the feeling your clothes suddenly got one size too small. Or looking at your face & seeing chipmunk cheeks & a sagging jawline.
So often good comes out of bad . . . instead of throwing in the towel when we're bloated, maybe it's that little push we need to try harder. To eat cleaner. To get in those extra fitness minutes.
I'm not feeling incredibly bloated, just tbe normal preTOM bloating. These thoughts just sort of popped into my mind as I was looking at my body in the mirror yesterday. So often we see uncomfortable as a bad thing & maybe it should be the opposite. As with most things in life.
