So Disappointed in Myself

Well, I decided to weigh myself for the first time in a long time this morning. Not as bad as I expected, but definitely not good, either. I've managed to get up to 362.5 pounds. This is definitely becoming a fight for my life. Over the holidays, there's been too much letting go and not enough exercise and accountability....there's also been way to much eating out. It's time I change that. Okay, so I'm a little late getting started on this year's NY's resolution, but better late than never, right?

    It is never too late.
But do not fool yourself. No one can do for you what you are not willing to do for yourself. Stop hating you and start loving your self and getting some self esteem. That has been my life and experience and is why I am suggesting what I just have.
Are you tracking your meals at SP?? That works very well.

    your not too late you just hit a bump in the road and forgot which road TO TAKE AT THE Y.Well you've found yourself back here and there you are ready and charged.start tracking today and make sure you weigh yourself in a week don't let the weigh day go past-even if you did bad -all that matters is you got started again and start your workouts with the easier chair exercises if u need to but just start them.     It is never to late to start. Forget about the what I should or could of done, and start today with I am. We all get side track. Put your plan in motion and things will happen. You are on your way. emoticon
