Feel like I'm stuck in a rut I need to get out of.

Before I went to the US for a Thanksgiving visit I was 115.75 lbs. I came back 5 lbs heavier weighing in at 120.75 lbs then gained some more over Christmas/New Year. Understandable as I was eating more and differently and exercising less.

But now at end of January I am at 122.75 lbs.

Going to 4 classes a week - 2 x Les Mills Body Attack and 2 x Legs,Bums and Tums plus working out to dvd at home on a Sunday morning. I rarely go over 1200 cals a day so why isn't it working like it did before when I lost weight?

I've asked advice from the girl who takes our exercise classes and I am going to go to gym and she will so health check and check my fitness levels and try and tailor something that will work better for me.

Think my body has gotten used to what I have been doing and my exercise plan needs a mix up?

So let's see how it goes. Wish me luck!

I am just reading this, but I have heard that mixing things up can do wonders for weight loss.

That is frustrating! Try High Intensity Interval Training. I take a 30 min class, and I get it done for the day, and it does kick your workout out of a rut! Hope this works! God bless!

is it possible you aren't eating enough, considering the amount of exercise you do every week?
